Tried it twice. Both times the scan loaded to 100% and then it told me there was an issue with it. That’s really the only point in downloading the app and it doesn’t even work correctly. Signed in and initially did a face scan that looked terrible. Didn’t even close the app, just switched back to it but it reset itself anyways and now I can’t login again. Why would it reset itself and log me out when I didn’t even close it. It’s garbage every year and this release is no different. The NBA 2K23 companion app has arrived.
